Needs an angle showing all exterior sides and then interior shots, including a dashboard shot showing mileage.

I almost bought this exact car last year, and then this happened on the way to look at it

Kinja'd!!!

Yep, that's my wheel across the highway

Kinja'd!!!

Note all the studs have broken off and I ground down the brake rotor.

I still would love a MINI, but my wife thinks they're horribly impractical

No title is always a negative in my experiences. Get the title in hand if YOU are serious about this. It will deter any "I need a car now" buyer. If I see no title, I'm moving on (unless it's a particularly rare specimen, yours comes close).

Another thought - as this is coming off lease, you already have a guaranteed buyer. If you are specifically looking for mini enthusiasts (gotta send it to a good home, etc etc) why not just post it on some mini forums and be done with it? If you care this much about who gets it, why are you selling in the first place?

More pictures.

Price it at $19,995, and drop "negotiable".

Under "description", you spelled "alloy" as "allow". But it's Craigslist, so nobody will notice.

The first few lines at the top are the most critical space. Lose them here, and they'll never read the rest. I think it'll look better if re-arranged slightly. Drop the "Vehicle: This, Color: That." Break up the body of text a bit, plus a bit of editing. Kinja's formatting is so pathetically fail, I can't demonstrate in text, but just put a paragraph space between "6-speed..." and "Features."

2011 Mini Cooper S (R56)

British Racing Green

21,xxx miles

1.6L 4 cylinder turbocharged engine

6-speed manual transmission

Features: Heated Seats, Panoramic Sunroof, Foglamps, Sirius XM Satellite Radio, Bluetooth, iPhone adapter.

Condition: Two stone chips since covered with factory-approved touch-up paint. Non-smoker, no kids, no pets, no backseat passengers.

Balance of Factory Warranty.

$19,995

Add a "if ad is still up, it's still for sale" disclaimer. It will save you about a billion emails.

Eek. That looks like a brown-pants moment. Glad you didn't anything or anyone. As for the impracticality, I think it depends if you have kids. No kids, no problem. Or at least, small kids, no problem.

Posted at North American Motoring and with local Mini club. Reason for sale: lease is up, value still left in it, and my wife and I can go down to one car for the next year. Finances are fine, but this is the financially responsible thing to do. Also, I've come to realize it's just a MINI, not a Mini - you know?

You betcha. Value is still in the car, and I'd lose it all if I just turn it in.
